For example, do you always find yourself in the position of helping a friend or family member navigate through the latest update on their computer or phone? If so, our Computer Support Specialist Program may be perfect for you. Computer Support is the practice of managing Information Technology (IT) resources like computers, phones, video conferencing equipment, and software systems, and helping the people who use these resources to solve technical problems that arise.

Computer User Support Specialists
Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically.
