Admissions
What’s required:
- Minimum age, 18 yrs old
- Driver's license (or government-issued ID)
- SSN card
- HS diploma (or GED or transcript of highest grade completed)
- CPR certification (if you do not have a current CPR certification, we provide CPR at a discount for CCHT-enrolled students)
- TB with negative results within the past 6 months (if you do not have a current TB negative result, you will be required to obtain prior to the end of the first week of class)
- Vaccinations - COVID, Influenza, and Hepatitis B (if you do not have either, you have the option of signing the declination form)
