This certificate prepares students for the service and installation of residential and light commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. To work in the HVAC-R industry, students must obtain the EPA Section 608 Clean Air Act Certification. As part of the program, students will have the opportunity to take the EPA exam to obtain the required certification.
