The Welding Apprenticeship at Boilermakers Local 107 combines on-the-job training and classroom instruction, offering a structured path to becoming a skilled welder. Apprentices start earning wages right away, with pay increases based on progress. They gain practical experience in welding techniques, safety, and industry standards. Upon completion, apprentices benefit from union job opportunities, health benefits, and a pension plan.
The in person signup days are every 3rd Tuesday of the month and the hours of operation on those days will be from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. There will be no exceptions for the time of sign-ups, and there will be no in person sign-ups on any other dates. If you enter the doors after the 8 AM expiration, you will not be eligible for that sign-up and will be asked to come back next month.
