The Level 1 Certificate in Welding is designed to prepare the student for full-time employment at the entry level in a welding career. The basic objective of the program is to develop the skills for employment in construction trades and area industrial needs. Welding is a high skill, high wage career which requires multiple levels of skills training beyond the initial certificate, and also provides a rewarding career for those who enjoy working in this field.
