The Class B CDL License is required to operate any single vehicle that isn’t hitched to a trailer (commercial trucks that have an attached cab and cargo area with a combined weight greater than 26,000 pounds). Vehicles carrying more than 16 passengers inclusive of the driver are also included in the scope. This 80-hour Class B CDL training will prepare you in 2 short weeks with classroom and hands-on driving enabling you to operate these vehicles: Straight trucks, Large buses (city buses, tourist buses) Segmented buses, Box trucks (including delivery trucks and furniture trucks), Dump trucks.
