The Adams Electric Apprenticeship Program is a 4-year program and provides the opportunity for our employees to sharpen his/her trade skills and develop a long-lasting career. Our apprenticeship program has partnered with ABC Carolinas to meet the training needs of our Adams associates. The first year covers the NCCER’s “Core” and “First Year” with an emphasis on giving new apprentices the tools they need to succeed immediately in the field as a helper. This first-year program includes extensive instruction in conduit bending and installing basic devices.
