Admissions
You have 90 days from the date you purchased the class to complete the class and all your exams. You will need to complete the minimum required minutes for each of the units of the online class and the unit quizzes, the Final Unit Practice Exam online, and an in-person live proctored exam through the Academy of Real Estate prior to the 90-day expiration date. It is important to complete all the coursework and the online practice final exam in a time period that will allow you time to schedule and take the final exam in person with the assigned school proctor. There are no extensions allowed under any circumstances. Once you complete and pass the live exam in person, your course completion will be reported electronically so you can take the State Licensing Exam which is administered by PSI.
