Job Description

HR Reporting Specialist 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 1370 Timberlake Manor Parkway, Chesterfield, MO 63017 Make a difference. As an HR Reporting Specialist you will support reporting managers with creating, editing, and developing reports.
In this role you will:
Respond to field requests for human resources (HR) data; provide reporting assistance to Directors Human Resources (DHRs), payroll, and HR. Support and assist in the training process of ad hoc reporting, including report variant creation and rollout support. Create monthly reporting and statistics for HR, including external HR reporting. Organize and analyze data from all sources, using statistical methods to ensure validity of results; assist with analyzing the reports and identifying trends when requested. Assist with time approvals, time reporting, and time quotas. What you bring to the table: 3 years' experience: creating reports, analyzing data and trends High school diploma or GED Knowledge of Workday Knowledge of the Company's policies and procedures Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related applications Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Business Warehouse Reporting Analytical and problem solving skills Time management and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines Ability to work with complex spreadsheets and databases Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work with little supervision Ability to audit data, identify errors, analyze trends, and make recommendations to manager regarding improvements
Work Shift and Hours:
Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office
Compensation Details:
The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
