Salary:

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the Agency Owner and Commercial Sales Manager. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring their continued satisfaction. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to develop innovative solutions for clients. Develop and deliver customized insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs. Identify opportunities for cross-selling to maximize client portfolios. Work closely with our commercial sales team, underwriters and other team members to support clients effectively. Ensure all policies and activities comply with agency standards.

Requirements Licensing:

Active Property & Casualty License.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Process-Driven:

Ability to be thorough and take initiative to review the details.

Customer-Focused:

A strong ability to build and maintain genuine client relationships.

Negotiation Skills:

Proven experience in negotiation and closing sales.
