Clinical Recruitment Specialist (On-Site)Job LocationsUS-CO-Boulder CountyID2025-15922OverviewElement Boulder has a current opening for a Clinical Recruitment Specialist tojoin our growing team in Boulder, CO. The Clinical Recruitment Specialistwill research, develop, and implement effective scheduling and consentingstrategies to ensure that we have participants available for each study andmeet the requirements for the Clinical Trials performed at Element Boulder.

You will also provide customer and general administrative support for the laboperations and Recruitment teams.

Strong preference for bi-lingual candidates.

The pay range for this job is $28 to $38 per hour, but will depend onthe individual's relevant experience.

ResponsibilitiesDevelops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment processCollaborates with Study Managers to ensure that we have the correctparticipants available in the datatbase or initiate a recruitment process toensure we can meet the requirements of the studyIdentifies and implements efficient and effective scheduling and consentingmethods and strategies based on the Study, industry standards, and theneeds of the organizationScreens applications and selects qualified candidatesOversees preparation of recruitment questions and other participantqualification materialsEnsures compliance with Institutional Review Board regulations, and companypoliciesAttends and participates in off site recruiting sessions when neededScheduling and Consenting of Participants for each studyOperate at the front desk greeting all visitors and directing them whereneededAnswering incoming phone calls and direct them as necessaryAssist in planning company events and site lunchesAssist with package shipping and receivingUtilizing participant database and other systems effectively to ensure maximumefficiencyClinical Trial scheduling and consenting of Participants ensuring compliancewith Institutional Review Board and HIPAA RegulationsCollaborate with Recruitment team and Study managers to ensure that we havethe correct participants available in the database when applicableAssist Recruitment team screening new participant applicants as neededOther duties as assignedSkills / QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, Medical Assistant Certificationor other Clinical/Clerical experience preferredAbility to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for avariety of studiesProactive and independent with the ability to take initiativeExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable torecruitmentProficient with or the ability to quickly learn Participant Database softwareor other recruitment systemsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficient with Web Design and Social Media InterfacesExperience working with Quality management Systems (ie.
