Position Overview The Parish Digital & Print Media Coordinator is responsible for the church's print collateral and digital media. This role is for someone who is team-oriented, creative, and competent in a variety of computer and social media platforms. This is a full time position with flexible office hours, including a possible combination of in-office and remote work. Under the guidance of the Pastor and Pastoral Associate, the Coordinator will collaborate with other staff members and volunteer ministry leaders. Responsibilities include : Manage the parish website, including content, design, and digital registration forms. Create and organize content for the weekly Bulletin and E-Letter (The Wednesday Warmer). Administer Facebook, Instagram and other possible social media platforms, and post timely and engaging content. Assist with branding of original parish programs and initiatives. Produce witness and promotional videos. Take videos and photos at parish events. Manage parish's SignUp Genius account; build signups for upcoming events and various ministry schedules. Liaison with the Parish Video Ministry Oversee church bulletin boards and signage with timely and engaging content.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in appropriate computer technology and skills such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, various social media platforms, and video editing software Proficiency or willingness to become proficient with Constant Contact, SignUp Genius, eCatholic, and Telestream Wirecast Competency with videography and photography Graphic design skills a plus Basic knowledge of the Catholic Faith and the mission of the Catholic Church Please send resumé and cover letter toDominic Margaglione, Pastoral Associate:
