This tight-knit team is seeking a Full Cycle Biller to support and enhance their revenue cycle operations, working alongside both in-house staff and a third-party RCM partner.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Cycle Biller with strong Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience to help develop and optimize billing processes and workflows. This person will take ownership of the full billing cycle, manage accounts receivable, work closely with an external RCM vendor, and ensure timely and accurate revenue capture.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply accurate coding for procedures and diagnoses using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS. Submit clean insurance claims and ensure all documentation is properly included. Manage and follow up on patient and insurance AR, including denied claims. Investigate and resolve outstanding balances and billing discrepancies. Coordinate with providers and third-party RCM to pull aging reports and address delays. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards. Serve as the point of contact for patients with billing questions or concerns. Create financial and aging reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years full cycle medical billing experience, preferably in a pro-fee environment. Familiarity with clearinghouses (e.g., Availity) and comfort with Excel and billing software. Experience in chiropractic or orthopedic billing a plus; exposure to

HCPCS/DME

preferred. Demonstrated analytical skills and a track record of cleaning up aging AR. Ability to collaborate with external billing partners and internal teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and highly organized. High school diploma or GED required.
