Currently, we have an opening for an Install Field Leader who will be responsible for the following: In-field support for Installation Teams Quality assurance/control for installation projects In-field technical training for new Installation Technicians Able to lead in-person training during team meetings Universal knowledge and abilities to perform the many functions of the position

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, weekends and overtime as needed

Pay Scale:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience + additional earning potential

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED 7 years of HVAC service or installation Comfortable in crawl spaces and attics Familiar with North Carolina and South Carolina installation codes

Type II EPA Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of related trades experience (Plumbing, Electrical, or Construction)
