Location:

Job Overview:
The primary position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: In partnership with senior leaders, managers, and employees, the core responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, measuring, and leading key initiatives and projects in areas such as onboarding, change management, compensation/total rewards, metrics/analytics, employee relations/engagement/development, culture, diversity, performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness, management capability/leadership development, and policies/procedures and compliance Providing management coaching to front line managers and senior leaders Partnering with the business to influence organizational design and change initiatives Engaging with employees to understand challenges, perspectives, and engagement Facilitating training on topics such as conflict management, communication, workplace civility, team dynamics, leadership, and/or foundational management practices Solving problems and identifying root causes of various complex issues and quickly implementing solutions across multiple professionsOur ideal candidate will possess: 3+ years' experience in similar Human Resources role Upbeat, friendly demeanor Proficient in Excel Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Motivated and possessing the ability to work independently with little or no supervision Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation Is this the career opportunity you've been searching for? Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
Travel:
Ground travel required: 40% Air travel required: 15% We're Proud to Offer a

Base Salary:
The base salary range for this position in Washington is $85,000-$110,000, plus opportunities for bonus and benefits. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
