The Accounts Payable Specialist will process and code high-volume vendor invoices related to construction projects. Match invoices to purchase orders and verify approvals. Prepare check runs and electronic payments (ACH/Wire). The Accounts Payable Specialist will maintain accurate vendor files and payment records. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Communicate with vendors and project managers regarding payment status.
