You'll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales contact) Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections Participate in regular training and education requirements Support team initiatives and growth Be willing to test new ideas and able to provide constructive feedback Thrive in a high-paced environment
Qualifications:
