This role is critical to delivering actionable insights and visualizations that enhance strategic decision-making across the business. This is a hybrid role, so candidates must be local to the Pittsburgh area. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on business needs. Integrate Tableau with various data sources (real-time and batch). Translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations and insights. Conduct data exploration, validation, and quality checks. Collaborate across departments to understand functional requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions. Stay current with BI trends and tools to continuously improve performance and scalability.

Must-Have:

Proficiency in Tableau development and SQL querying. Experience in healthcare or pharma data environments. Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.

Nice-to-Have:
