• temp-to-perm
• role with a steady
• Monday-Friday, 1st shift
• schedule—but because buildings don't sleep,
• on-call availability and occasional evening, night, or weekend work may be required

• What You'll Be Doing (besides making sparks fly—in a good way)
• + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical power and lighting systems across the facility + Perform preventative maintenance on all systems including emergency backups and hot water equipment + Install, repair, and maintain controls, switchgear, and motors + Analyze system operations, resolve malfunctions, and restore function quickly + Support HVAC, plumbing, and general facility maintenance tasks as needed + Monitor systems, log performance, and respond to alarms or equipment issues + Follow all

NFPA-70E

protocols and use proper Arc Flash PPE + Keep the workspace clean, stocked, and safe at all times + Assist with supply purchasing, inventory, and coordination with vendors and service providers

• What We're Looking For

• Required:

• + High school diploma or GED + Proven experience in commercial/industrial electrical work + Strong understanding of NFPA-70E and OSHA safety protocols + Comfortable working in tight spaces, on ladders, or rooftops + Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and Microsoft Office tools + Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills +
• Must be available for on-call work
• and able to support off-hours needs (evenings, nights, weekends)

• Preferred:

• + Electrical license or recognized trade certification + Experience in facilities or multi-building campus environments
