Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking an AccountsPayable Coordinator to join our team! The Coordinator will provide highquality accounting and administrative support with strong commitment tocustomer service within the Accounting & Finance Department.

Responsibilities Vendor statement reviews Review vendor invoices foraccuracy and process accordingly in the accounting system Review vendorinvoices to ensure they adhere to all policies and procedures Monitorshared e-mail inbox daily and provide timely responses and feedback toinquiries Research and resolve pending invoices to allow for timelyprocessing Special projects and other duties as identified by AccountsPayable Manager Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required;Associates Degree or Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or related fieldpreferred Minimum of one (1) year of accounts payable experiencerequired Prior law firm or professional services experience preferred#LI-Hybrid Pursuant to the Illinois Equity Pay Act the salary range forthis Chicago based position is between \$56,400 - \$79,000. Thesefigures represent the full compensation range of this position. Theactual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors:education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity atFoley.
