Full Job Description Overview:
Housing Hub is currently hiring for an experienced Leasing Agent to manage the leasing of multiple properties by providing great customer service to the Housing Hub team and customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being interactive and helping customers. Join us! We are looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents to come aboard as leasing agents. We want results driven, hungry individuals to fill our units, with income potential directly correlated with how hard you work. •MUST possess a valid Real Estate Salesperson License that is in good standing in the State of MN and allow HH's Real Estate Broker to hold.Responsibilities:
Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials. Process applications, conduct credit checks, and verify references to ensure reliable tenancy. Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive relation with prospects and existing tenants. Manage leasing associated with multiple properties in multiple locations in the Twin Cities metro and surrounding area. Experience & Qualifications The qualifications for a Leasing Agent at Housing Hub are as follows: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. A real estate license is required. Minimum of 1 years of experience in leasing or a similar role within property management. Ability to handle responsibilities for multiple properties. Customer service experience is required. Strong knowledge of leasing and property management methods. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Customer focused with the ability to problem solve on the spot. Customer care focused on creating memorable experiences with customers and providing excellent customer service.Job Type :
Full-time Compensation :
100% Commission Based. Leasing Agents get paid a commission of 45-100% of the 1st month's rent of every property you rent depending on lead type. Additional bonus is earned for selling monthly management services. Your earning potential is unlimited if you are willing to work for it, which can be up to $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.Benefits :
