$75 / Hour Description We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HR Integrations Specialist with expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Workday Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) with Document Transformation (DT), and Workday Studio. The role requires a deep understanding of Workday integration methodologies, with a focus on Retirement Savings Integration Template (Principal), payroll, and benefits-related integrations.Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development & Support:
Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIB with DT, and Workday Studio. Develop and configure outbound integrations, primarily using EIBs with DT, to generate delimited or fixed-width files for external systems. Implement and support inbound integrations requiring Workday Studio expertise, including handling complex data transformations and error handling. Work on MetLife Integration, where leave data is broadcasted from MetLife using Workday Studio. Manage and configure the Retirement Savings Integration Template (Principal) to ensure accurate data exchange between Workday and third-party systems.Functional Knowledge & Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to understand business requirements and ensure seamless integration between Workday and external systems. Provide support for Payroll and Benefits integrations, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance. Offer technical expertise and recommendations for best practices in Workday integration development.Testing, Documentation, and Compliance:
Perform unit testing and assist in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday integrations. Maintain detailed documentation of integration designs, configurations, and support procedures. Ensure all integrations comply with data security and compliance requirements.Qualifications:
Workday Integration Expertise:
Strong experience with Workday Core Connectors, EIB with DT, and Workday Studio. Hands-on experience developing both inbound and outbound Workday integrations. Experience working with the Retirement Savings Integration Template (Principal).
