About the

Role:

We're seeking a motivated and skilled Blend Technician / Chemical Operator to join our Saint Louis team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain chemical processing equipment, ensure top-notch product quality, and collaborate with a team committed to safety, efficiency, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

Operate and maintain chemical processing and blending equipment. Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure quality and consistency. Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition. Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with your team to streamline processes and boost efficiency. Uphold the highest safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience operating chemical processing equipment. Knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and manufacturing operations (blending, filling drums, line work, distribution). Experience with Datacor ERP is a bonus! Forklift certification or experience (required). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM), plus occasional weekends. Why Chemisphere?
