We are seeking a Balance Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting our Balance segment by troubleshooting hardware, system installation, and providing technical training both remotely and at client sites. Our advanced products are designed to diagnose and treat individuals with balance impediments, and you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience.

Schedule:
Monday -
Friday, First Shift Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Understand the design and function of the balance product lines. Provide product and technical assistance to clinical support, sales representatives, physicians, vestibular technicians, and other users. Provide remote and onsite technical support of balance equipment and associated software. Support training of field staff and external partners on function and service of balance equipment. Maintain accurate records of customer support cases, resolutions, and customer feedback within the quality system. Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for the balance product lines. Participate in product testing, inspection, repair, and refurbishment. Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, acting as a brand representative. All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
General knowledge and familiarity with electronics and computers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree in electronics or engineering preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience working with diagnostics or therapeutic medical equipment preferred. Experience in medical device manufacturing in an
FDA/ ISO-13485
environment preferred. High-level ability to troubleshoot product faults and provide proper resolution. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to maintain a clear driving record. Must possess a passport.
Travel:
This position is subject to travel between 15%- 25% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine. Ability to lift and move 80-100 lbs. Clear background check including criminal history and education verification.
