Employee will be responsible for handling in house and on the road calibrations. Employee will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Analyze and interpret data, enter information into database, and update certification on all equipment to complete calibration procedures. Perform routine and difficult calibration tasks as described in approved calibration procedures, ensuring compliance with good calibration practices. Perform complex set-up and calibration procedures on both electrical and mechanical control/operating systems on testbeds to calibrate load cells. Develop calibration procedures and evaluate exiting procedures to assure accuracy of process, following both ASTM E4 and

ISO 17025

standards. Create calibration data sheets accurately and efficiently based upon instrument specifications and approved calibration procedures. This job requires 30-40% travel. Experience with hydraulic maintenance, PLCs, multimeter and soldering experience a plus.
