About Us:
We are a media company producing a series of groundbreaking audiobook project featuring 102 distinct character voices. As we bring this ambitious vision to life, we are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Production Coordinator to oversee all aspects of talent management. If you are passionate about coordinating complex productions and working with talented individuals, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Onboarding Facilitate onboarding of voice talent, including contract distribution, scheduling, and communication. Act as the primary point of contact for talent during production. Ensure all required documents (e.g., NDAs, tax forms, contracts) are submitted accurately and on time. Travel Coordination Organize and book travel arrangements for talent as needed, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation. Provide detailed itineraries to talent and troubleshoot travel-related issues. Timecard & Payroll Administration Collect, verify, and submit talent timecards for payroll processing. Collaborate with finance to ensure timely payment and resolve any payroll discrepancies. Scheduling & Communication Maintain and update production schedules to ensure alignment with talent availability. Communicate schedule changes promptly to talent and internal teams. Coordinate recording sessions with directors and producers. Production Support Work closely with talent agencies, directors, producers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of recording sessions. Track talent performance status and flag any scheduling conflicts or production issues.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in production coordination, talent management, or a similar role, preferably in audiobook, voiceover, TV, film or entertainment production.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication. Familiarity with payroll systems and travel booking platforms. Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Google Calendar, project management tools).
Attributes:
