This is a full time, onsite, permanent position with great benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior Bookkeeping experience and will be a positive, team player! Any experience with Paycor is a bonus.

Job Description:
Oversee Financial Records and Reports Maintains bookkeeping for the Church and the School Reconcile petty cash monthly Complete all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Obtain W-9's for new vendors and prepare 1099's yearly Process weekly payments to vendors, maintain vendor files and upload documents for records retention Handle reimbursements Prepare/post journal entries Balance and reconcile all bank accounts Process payroll for 20+ employees through Paycor Prepare Quarterly Diocesan Financial Reports Maintain financial records as required by the Diocese Complete HR related responsibilities as it relates to the church or the school Assist with day to day office responsibilities such as filing, copying, answering phones & communicating with church visitors Order office and church supplies as needed Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, and office clerical work Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Experience with Paycor is a Bonus Ability to pick up on accounting software quickly Strong communication skills Positive team player attitude
HOURS:
Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) Full Time, 40 hours per week Onsite
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
45,000 - $60,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
