Responsibilities:

Perform automotive repairs and service according to store and factory standards, ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to meet dealer and factory specifications. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and explaining repair recommendations. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
