Do you love the challenge of balancing priorities, resources, and timelines in a dynamic environment? If so, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for a Production Scheduler with manufacturing experience who can turn complexity into clarity. In this role, you'll be the critical link between planning and production—ensuring that what needs to happen, does happen, on time and with precision.
What You'll Do:
Develop and manage detailed production schedules based on capacity, demand, and materials availability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including production, purchasing, inventory, and logistics—to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Identify and troubleshoot potential scheduling conflicts or delays before they become problems. Adjust and optimize schedules in real time to respond to changes in demand or operations. Monitor production performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Contribute to process improvements and help us continuously raise the bar.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and supply chain coordination. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel (you know your way around a pivot table). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills—you're comfortable being the hub in a busy wheel. A cool, solutions-oriented mindset when things don't go exactly to plan (because sometimes, they won't).
Why Join Us:
A collaborative team environment where your work truly makes an impact. A company that values efficiency, innovation, and your ability to keep things moving. Competitive salary, full benefits, and opportunities for growth. The satisfaction of knowing your planning keeps the wheels turning—literally. If you're ready to bring order to the fast-paced world of manufacturing and enjoy solving the daily puzzle of production, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help us build something great—right on schedule.
