Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 5 years of previous experience as an HVAC technician (including electrical and plumbing experience) EPA universal HVAC certification The ability to read and comprehend instructions and use/operate handheld devices and Microsoft Office Suite A valid driver's license Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends The main role of this HVAC Technician is to install, repair, and perform maintenance duties on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of commercial properties. Day-to-Day Tasks Inspect existing HVAC systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions. Replace components that are faulty or outdated. Perform testing to ensure the proper function of the system. Respond to emergency service calls. Accurately document all work performed. Provide excellent customer service. Perform tasks independently while being flexible with other team members. Schedule | Monday
