Position Overview We are seeking a Technical Application Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance for our residential real estate & property management software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring system functionality, and offering exceptional customer service to our users in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Yardi Voyager 7S (must have) and other residential real estate software applications. Troubleshoot, resolve & escalate (Tier II + when needed) software-related issues in a timely manner. Assist users with application navigation and functionality. Document and track support requests using a ticketing system. Collaborate with the IT team to implement software updates and patches. Conduct training sessions for new users on software applications. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and software enhancements. Qualifications Proven experience in application support, particularly in residential real estate. Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S. Technical support experience with software applications. Familiarity with SQL and database management. Experience in multi-family or single-family property management is a big plus! Excellent customer support skills and communication. Basic understanding of accounting principles as they relate to real estate or property management. Benefits Vacation/PTO
