Recruitment Notes The TC IT Service Desk Agent provides Tier 1 technical support to end users in support of tax collection, billing, and distribution operations, as well as Auto Tag and Driver's License services in partnership with the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle (DHSMV) to support of the Miami-Dade County Office of the Tax Collector. The TC IT Service Desk Agent troubleshoots issues with customers, performs repairs, and collaborates with other support personnel to help resolve issues with applications and hardware in a timely manner, to ensure the optimal performance of systems, maintain operations, and resolve software and hardware errors. The incumbent must communicate effectively and build liaisons with business partners to facilitate and enhance the taxpayer experience of doing business with the Miami-Dade County Office of the Tax Collector.Other Job Posting Details
