We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
1. Assist in the maintenance, repairs and installation of plumbing and related fixtures and components. 2. Assist in the installation, repair and readings for all water meters located on properties. 3. Assist in opening and closing/winterizing pools as needed. 4. Assist in the maintenance, repair and winterizing of fire hydrants. 5. Assist in locating and repairing gas leaks/repairs to lines as needed. 6. Assist in locating and repairing main line breaks. 7. Assist in completing annual jetting/camera of each property 8. Assist in the repair main line breaks and plumbing backups. 9. Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, using hand and power tools. 10. Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meets the requirements of the appropriate compliance codes and the environmental protection requirements. 11. Respond to emergency calls for service and repair.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent 1+ years of residential plumbing experience Maintenance Experience or trade school education Driver's License and valid car insurance Personal, reliable transportation Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Ability to speak, read, and write English Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them Service mentality and a thirst for learning Positive Can-Do Attitude Excellent Attendance
JOB TYPE
Full-time Salary:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
