Responsibilities:

Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close

Qualifications:

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position.
