Position Summary Provide service to advisors and their client, supporting trade processing, closing coordination, and account maintenance. Professionally and effectively answer questions relative to operational procedures. Partner with fund administrator to facilitate timely and effective communications, process transfers and account updates, and reconcile records with custodians, as applicable. Duties and Responsibilities Professionally provide verbal and written follow-up to investors and financial advisors, answer questions related to operational policies, and investment and closing processes; route inquiries to appropriate department(s) when necessary. Manage entry and updates of investor accounts in Salesforce, ensuring financial professional contact information is current, and creating and tracking investor transactions, client account updates, call/service tracking, and sales reporting. Provide insight into new system functionalities for continued efficiencies of Salesforce use. Reconcile trade records daily, log service items, and support advisors and their clients to review subscription processes. Facilitate effective and timely investment processing, ensure subscriptions are in good order, investigate and communicate outstanding items back to financial advisor, verify

records for compliance purposes, and coordinate closing schedule with internal departments/external partners. Maintain books/records for investor account information, process account update forms, transfer forms, etc., coordinate re-registrations and other account updates with fund administrator, financial advisors, and custodians, as applicable, to reconcile investor records. Coordinate preparation and dissemination of investor welcome letters, subscription agreements, statements, closing communications, distribution confirmations, and other periodic reporting. Provide clerical aid including document preparation, investor email notifications, filing, and other document organization. Communicate effectively across internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Compliance, etc.) on all applicable matters pertaining to advisors in their relationship management responsibilities. Qualifications Relevant Work Experience - 1-3 years of experience in an investor operations or advisor services, or financial services/trade processing. General knowledge of regulatory, compliance and legal requirements for investor onboarding, updates, and transfers, a plus. Education - BA/BS degree preferred, but not required. High school diploma required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills - Competency with Microsoft Office, most importantly Outlook, Word, and Excel. CRM experience essential, Salesforce preferred.
