Workday Cutover Lead

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Workday Cutover Lead, to manage cutover planning and execution for a large-scale Workday SaaS ERP implementation . The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring a seamless transition.

Responsibilities:

Lead cutover planning, execution, and risk mitigation . Collaborate with technical, functional, and change management teams. Manage Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement cutover activities. Oversee release management, system remediation, and stakeholder communication . Track and report cutover progress, risks, and mitigation plans .

Requirements:

10+ years of IT project management experience . 5+ years of Workday SaaS ERP implementation experience . Expertise in cutover planning, change management, and release management . Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and documentation . Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). Prior experience in state or public sector projects preferred .
