Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing Scheduling:
Keep the production schedule updated daily to ensure on-time deliveries.
Problem-Solving :
Identify and prioritize production challenges before they become delays.
Customer-Centric Planning:
Work closely with Account Managers to align production with customer expectations.
Operations Partner:
Help prioritize work orders for the team, ensuring smooth workflows.
Capacity Champion:
Create and update Monthly Capacity Plans to optimize resources and boost efficiency.
Data & Metrics:
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
Presentation Pro:
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports in PowerPoint to keep leadership informed.
Purchasing & Vendor Relations:
Process purchase orders in the ERP system, negotiate pricing, and build strong vendor relationships.
Master Negotiator:
Review bids, secure the best pricing, and ensure seamless procurement of materials and services.
Qualifications:
What You Bring to the
Table Experience:
5 years in a scheduling, planning, or similar role.
Education:
High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
Tech Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP software a plus.
Independent & Organized:
You take ownership of priorities, work without supervision, and manage complex workflows with ease.
Excellent Communication:
