YesGENERAL PURPOSE
As a premier provider of trust services, we are seeking a Trust Operations Specialist to become an integral member of our Qualified Retirement Plans team in our Lisle, Illinois office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete internal and external client requests through execution of daily Trust Operations activities in trust system and client relationship management system. Process all account activity (i.e., transactions, deposits, distributions, wires, etc.) by their established deadlines. Work with account officers to register assets and retitle securities. Open and/or close accounts in their entirety. Coordinate and complete annual reconciliation of client accounts to be presented to account officers for approval. Follow-up on outstanding documentation for client accounts such as stock certificates. Respond to internal and external client inquiries. Participate in Tasks and Projects. Perform quality control checks with daily tasks to ensure accuracy.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Degree or Equivalent. Experience in trust or employee benefit plan operations a plus. Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.Job Type:
