The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing revenue-generating processes across marketing, sales, and customer success teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging HubSpot and data analytics to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and drive growth. As a key contributor, you will manage technical services like onboarding, CRM/MAP integrations, workflow automation, and client training. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization & Strategy Collaborate across teams to identify inefficiencies in the revenue cycle and recommend improvements. Design and implement workflows in HubSpot to automate processes and enhance team productivity. Establish and maintain best practices for lead tracking, scoring, nurturing, and handoff between marketing, sales and customer success teams. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze key revenue metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving conversion rates and revenue strategies. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and provide real-time insights for stakeholders. Leverage data visualization tools to present findings and drive data-driven decision-making. HubSpot (or equivalent Expertise) Serve as the subject matter expert on HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub functionalities. Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns, automated email sequences, and other engagement strategies. Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends, ensuring the organization stays ahead of the curve. Training & Support Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on HubSpot capabilities, updates, and best practices. Act as the go-to resource for resolving HubSpot-related queries and ensuring seamless system integrations. Technical Services Oversee and execute client onboarding and migration projects. Collaborate with IT and developers to integrate HubSpot with other tools like CRMs, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations roles. Job-Specific Requirements Expertise in HubSpot CRM and associated tools (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub). Experience with similar tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable strategies. Proficiency in workflow automation, lead management, and process optimization. Extensive knowledge of analytics tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Looker, and/or similar to support data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and analysis is a plus.
