USC and GC 6-12 month with possibilities of hire Virtual interviews Active linkedin with profile picture and clear copy of visa to share.
Location:
Flex hours, WFH, Travel, etc. Remote - US Based and able to support client in the Eastern Timezone with early am standups.
Interview Process:
First call will be high level project overview and conversational; second round will be highly technical. TOP 3:
  • POS & Payment Systems Experience, specifically Xstore (v21; upgrading to v23)
  • EFTLink (moving to v23)
  • Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • experience Leading other devs, providing mentoring, code reviews, etc.

Scope:
  • Client provided Xstore resources to TJX in 2021; we provided one of the resources who eventually converted to an FTE with them.
  • TJX is leaning to W. Capra to assist with another version upgrade and oversight of platform development. W. Capra is looking to build the team.
  • The project team will eventually include: Product owner (onshore resource) Scrum master (onshore resource) Xstore lead developer (senior/team lead onshore resource) Xstore developer (mid/senior onshore or offshore resource)
  • W. Capra wants to start by filling the developer slots b/c the expected lead time will be longer for those than the PO and Scrum Master roles.
  • Desire would be for all resources to be familiar with POS and Payments systems and industry, including: Xstore (currently on v21 will be upgrading to v23) EFTLink (will be moving to v23) Agile processes Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
