• Install, test, maintain, inspect, modify, and repairall automation equipment, components, and control systems. \
• Coordinatewith contractors and vendors to maintain plant operations and supportnew projects. \
• Perform instrument control programming andconfiguration for various control devices. \
• Troubleshoot and diagnoseelectronic or mechanical malfunctions using manuals and specifications.\
• Identify root causes and corrective actions for equipment and systemalarms and jams. \
• Calibrate plant instruments including valves,pressure, temperature, and flow instruments. \
• Resolve and repairsystem faults and anomalies related to installation and operation. \
• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance and testing onequipment. \
• Dismantle, clean, repair, and test electrical, electronic,and mechanical components. \
• Maintain preventative maintenance logs andaccurate records of testing and repairs. \
• Promote a culture ofteamwork and provide guidance to co-workers. \
• Follow and promotehealth and safety rules and regulations. \
• Lock out equipment for safehandling and servicing. \
• Troubleshoot problems with plantinstrumentation and automation equipment. \
• Abide all regulationsrequired by

NEC, NFPA 70

E, and State requirements. Job Requirements \

• High School Diploma or GED. \
• AS degree in industrial controlstechnologies or related field or 3-5 years\' experience ininstrumentation/automation field, or a combination of education andexperience. \
• Advanced level understanding of automated control systemsand integration, electronics, robotics, fiber optic sensors,pneumatic-hydraulic controls, HMI touch panels, and PLC programming.

Thepay starts at \$39.91/hour and after 6 months will increase to\$40.91/hour.
