Description Our Remote Inside Sales Agent position isavailable for candidates based on the states of Montana, Wisconsin,Kansas, Iowa and Illinois. Job Details As anInside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warmleads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matchthe correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert salesleads into policyholders. PayDetails:
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of basesalary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in theirsecond year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.
Position Details:
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote workenvironment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property& Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries,paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over aperiod of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensedhires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls,all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekendday with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). Thisschedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months beforeconsideration for another shift. All computer equipment isprovided. You must be able to maintain department. Work at home(W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room witha dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speedinternet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite andmobile internet services. Qualifications 2-3 years sales experiencepreferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experiencerequired. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skillsneeded to close sales Ability to communicate well to both prospectsand customers Excellent analytical, decision-making andorganizational skills Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiencyProperty and Casualty License required after hire.
