Top Level Compensation - We pay the highest Flat Rate in the Sacramento Area Central Air Conditioned Shop The Flat Rate Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 and $70.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. In the past years, these production bonuses have been in excess of $65,000. Family Owned & Operated Responsibilities:

Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, specifications, and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Stay current with manufacturer training requirements.

Qualifications:

Level 2 or 3 FCA Certification Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent History of High FFV Excellent customer service skills with basic computer skill Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Self Motivated, High Energy Must have a valid driver's license
