Duties Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate and organized financial records Assist with month-end closing procedures Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payments Conduct general ledger account reconciliation Experience Prior experience in accounts payable or related field Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation Strong understanding of debits, credits, and corporate accounting practices Experience as an accounts receivable clerk is a plus
