Job DescriptionOverviewBe a part of the team to support a successful transition from the currentM&W plant in downtown Denver to the new State-of-the-Art Facility, HighPoint. High Point will be PepsiCo's largest and most sustainable plant andwill serve as a model for future operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential andorganized manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and external events.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and site wide communications.
  • Actively participate in planning and coordinating office and networkingevents (e.g., Employee Appreciation Week, Anniversaries, Leadership Events).
  • Serve as a key resource, responding to inquiries and providing assistanceas needed.
  • Engage in daily interactions with department managers, senior leaders,external venders and customers.
  • Utilize SAP/MyBuy for administrative and procurement tasks.
  • Organize and maintain department files (both electronic and physical).
  • Provide comprehensive support to ensure the team meets business objectivesand priorities.
  • Maintain and update distribution and contact lists.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 -$61,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education willbe considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share moreabout the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of executive administrative experience supporting seniormanagement.
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities efficiently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Capability to learn and navigate multiple IT applications.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed to meet business demands.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create high-qualitypresentations independently.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, andproblem-solving skills.
