Job Description

ManpowerGroup Fraud Operations Specialist in Overland Park , Kansas Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Fraud Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Fraud Management Department supporting the overall integrity of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent conversational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex situations, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$19
  • $22/hr.
What's the Job? Conduct in-depth analysis and investigations to identify and manage fraudulent activities. Evaluate fraud trends related to fraudulent orders and identity theft. Perform research and draw conclusions to validate customer ID authentication. Investigate and respond to fraud escalations while participating in the establishment of policies to deter fraudulent usage. Take inbound calls and provide guidance to victims of fraudulent activities. What's Needed? Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of relevant experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center environment. Experience operating a computer in a Windows-based environment. Excellent phone skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer screens while interacting with customers. Strong communication and listening skills.
