We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently, and ensure that all installations and repairs are done in accordance with industry standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings such as retail stores.

+ Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and determine necessary repairs + Perform regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance + Ensure all installations and repairs meet industry standards and adhere to safety and environmental regulations + Provide excellent customer service to clients by explaining repairs, maintenance needs, and system operation instructions + Document all service and installation actions and provide clients with detailed service reports + Collaborate with leadership, vendors, and contractors to coordinate resources and resolve complex issues related to HVAC systems

• Qualifications:

• + High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred + 5+ years of experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting + EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 30 Certification required + Valid driver's license with clean driving record, company vehicle provided + Strong understanding of HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and package units + Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills + Ability to work independently and manage technically complex projects •

• The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
