Primary Responsibilities:

Entry of approved/ coded accounts payable and asset invoices into SAP Reconcile vendor statements, identify issues and resolve discrepancies Research positive pay exceptions from bank; provide detail to appropriate person for further action Basic accounting functions may involve generating reports, journal entry creation, general ledger/system activity reconciliation and other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

2 - 5 years of accounts payable processing experience Strong problem-solving skills, either independently or through collaborative efforts with various personnel Self-starter qualities is a must GED or High School diploma required •
