$48,222.00 - $68,000.00 The Department of Revenue (DOR) established this position as full-time teleworking. This is an anticipated vacancy. Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategic recruitment, retention, development and engagement of a diverse Department of Revenue workforce. Currently we are hiring for an Agency Recruitment Consultant to actively seek and recruit top talent. This position reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and will play an integral role in the high performing Talent Acquisition Team. The Recruitment Consultant is expected to independently prioritize work while maintaining established service level agreements within the agency. The Recruitment Consultant focuses on expanding talent pipelines, enhancing recruitment processes, and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences. The primary responsibilities of this position include: Administering and executing recruitment processes to hire for current openings and proactively develop pipeline for future talent. Building positive working relationships with staff members across the agency Utilizing the NeoGov Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create vacancy announcements, screen applications and refer qualified applicants to appropriate hiring managers. Partnering with hiring managers and human resources business partners to understand hiring needs while identifying and resolving challenges The Recruitment Consultant may back up the Recruitment Coordinator who is responsible for the temporary employee hiring program that consists of 11-month temporaries as well as tax season direct hire temporary employees. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies Proficient in NeoGov Experience creating and posting enticing vacancy announcements Experience screening and/or qualifying applicants (based on their relevant education and experience)Management Preferences:
