Diagnose and repair issues with steam/hot water boilers, airflow, and ducting.
Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA standards while addressing systemfailures.
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks tomaintain facility conditions.
Use technology to document work orders and manage administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and timelyservice.

Compensation and SchedulePay Rate:
$33 - $39 per hourSchedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week with after-hour calls as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experienceEPA Universal Refrigeration license (required)Proficient in using handheld devices, document management software, andMicrosoft OfficeAbility to travel locally between properties for repairs and preventivemaintenanceKey ResponsibilitiesConduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspections andrepairs for components such as belts, pulleys, compressors, motors,and controls.Diagnose and repair issues with steam/hot water boilers, airflow, and ducting.
